Install your pass
Your pass arrives by email right after checkout. Add it to your phone once and it keeps itself up to date every time you scan.
Open your confirmation email on your iPhone
Look for “Your Chestnut Street Circuit pass.” If it isn’t there in 10 minutes, check spam and promotions.
Tap “Add to Apple Wallet”
The pass preview opens automatically. You don’t need to download an app.
Tap “Add” in the top right
The pass is saved to Wallet. Keep notifications on so your remaining sessions stay current.
Open it any time
Double-click the side button (or swipe up from the lock screen on older iPhones) to pull up the pass.
Using it at Body Temp Yoga
Book your class with Body Temp Yoga as usual, arrive about ten minutes early, and open your pass at the front desk. Staff scan the barcode and one class comes off your balance. Mats, towels, and water follow the studio’s normal policies.
Using it at Vital Ice SF
Reserve a community session with Vital Ice SF, then show your pass at check-in. Staff scan the barcode and one session comes off your balance. Give yourself a few extra minutes for your first visit so staff can walk you through cold plunge and sauna protocol.
Questions
When does my pass arrive?
Within a few minutes of purchase, by email to the address you used at checkout.
I never got the email.
Check spam and promotions first. If it still isn’t there, ask either front desk to resend it to your checkout email.
I don’t have a smartphone.
The same email includes a printable PDF with your barcode. Both front desks can scan the printed copy.
Can I use one pass for two people?
No. Passes are non-transferable and tied to the purchaser. You can buy more than one pass if you’d like.
I deleted my pass.
Re-open the original email and tap Add again. The link stays live through November 30, 2026.
My session count looks wrong.
Pull down to refresh the pass in your wallet. If it still doesn’t match, the front desk can re-sync it on the spot.
Do I still need to book?
Yes. Reserve classes with Body Temp Yoga and plunge times with Vital Ice SF directly. The pass is how you pay, not how you book.
