Privacy & cookies
This policy explains what Chestnut Street Circuit — a joint offering of Body Temp Yoga and Vital Ice SF — collects when you buy or use a pass, and the rights you have under California law. Last updated July 31, 2026.
1. What we collect
At checkout we collect your name, email address, and a payment token returned by Stripe. When you redeem a pass we record the date, location, and remaining balance. If you email us, we keep that correspondence. If you consent to analytics cookies, we also collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and referring site.
We never receive or store your full card number, CVC, or expiration date. Card data goes directly to Stripe.
2. Why we use it
To process your purchase, deliver and validate your pass, track remaining classes and sessions, answer support requests, comply with tax and legal obligations, and — with consent — understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
3. Who we share it with
Body Temp Yoga and Vital Ice SF each receive the information needed to honor your pass. Stripe processes payments. Our email and pass-delivery providers transmit your pass. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CPRA, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. How long we keep it
Purchase and redemption records are retained for seven years to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Support email is retained for two years. You may request earlier deletion where the law allows.
5. Your California rights (CCPA/CPRA)
- Right to know. Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months.
- Right to delete. Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention exceptions.
- Right to correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to limit. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the pass, so no limitation request is required.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We honor Global Privacy Control signals regardless.
- Right to non-discrimination. Exercising any of these rights will never affect your pass, pricing, or service.
Submit a request to either business in person or by email. We verify identity using the email address used at checkout and respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension where permitted. An authorized agent may submit a request with written permission.
6. Cookies we use
Essential cookies keep the site working — session state, checkout flow, fraud prevention, and your cookie choice itself. These cannot be turned off and load without consent.
Payment cookies are set by Stripe when the checkout form loads, to detect fraud and complete payment. They are treated as essential to the transaction.
Analytics cookies measure page views and general usage. They load only after you press Accept in the cookie banner, and never before. Declining leaves the site fully functional.
You can change your choice any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser; the banner will reappear on your next visit.
7. Security, minors, and changes
We use encrypted transport and limit access to purchase records to staff who need it. The site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for material changes, note it on the checkout page.
8. Contact and complaints
Privacy questions can be directed to either Body Temp Yoga or Vital Ice SF on Chestnut Street. California residents may also contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services, California Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N-112, Sacramento, CA 95834, (800) 952-5210.
